All MVP Game Ball cases are custom-made. Once your order is placed:

  • Design Proof: You will receive a digital proof for approval before production.

  • Production Time: After proof approval, production typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location but usually take 3–7 business days within the United States.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free Shipping Offers: Occasionally available during promotions and will be clearly stated on the website.

  • Expedited Shipping: May be available upon request. Contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future. Please contact us if you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at support@mvpgameball.com with your order number.

  2. For damaged orders, include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or solution.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
