Refund & Return Policy
Overview
At MVP Game Ball, every case is custom-made to celebrate your player’s proudest moments. Because each item is personalized, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof, we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are made-to-order, cancellations or changes are only possible before your design proof is approved. Once you have approved your proof, production begins and we cannot accept changes.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your case arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mvpgameball.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review and provide a replacement or solution
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds may be issued in these cases:

If we cannot produce your order due to unforeseen issues

If you cancel your order before the proof is approved

If a replacement is not possible for a damaged or incorrect order
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing may take time. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@mvpgameball.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for custom cases. Each order is made specifically for you based on the details you provide.
Shipping Returns
In rare cases where a return is requested by our team (for example, if we ask for the damaged product back), we will provide instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
